Hi, I'm Ihor, founder of Prime Tax Advisory LLC.

I was born and raised in Ukraine, where I worked in banking and financial services. After my family moved to the United States in 2017, I started learning how the U.S. tax system works.

What fascinated me was discovering how many legitimate opportunities the tax law offers to reduce taxes through thoughtful planning. But many people don't know these opportunities exist until it's too late to act.

I realized that preparing a tax return correctly is only part of the picture. A tax return looks back at the past year. Good advice should also help you look ahead—so you can make informed choices while there's still time.

I began helping family and friends understand their taxes and find practical opportunities to save. It meant a lot to see how much a little clarity could help. Eventually, a friend asked, ‘Why not do this professionally, so more people can benefit?’ That question helped inspire Prime Tax Advisory LLC.

Once I began to see these opportunities, I wanted others to see them too. My goal is to do more than file your taxes: to listen, explain your options in plain language, and help you plan with confidence. Whether you're an employee, self-employed, or a small-business owner, you deserve to understand the choices available to you.

I'm an Enrolled Agent (EA), federally authorized to represent taxpayers before the IRS in matters including audits, collections, and appeals. My main focus is individuals and small businesses, but my IRS representation authority covers all taxpayer types, including corporations and partnerships.
